All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail with tracked standard shipping.
Please allow 3-14 working days, delivery times may be extended during busy periods.

For pre-orders, please allow up to 21 working days from the date you placed your order for your parcel to be delivered.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Items may be returned for store credit or exchange. Store credit can be redeemed for up to 24 months.

All eligible items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the item. Any returns after 14 days may be refused. The customer is responsible for the return postage costs, this is not covered by Divine Feminine. We advise returning your parcel using tracked postal services.
Divine Feminine will not be held responsible for any missing items lost in transit.

Please make sure the clothing is returned in the original zip packaging with any tags still attached when returning your order.
The items must be free of any stains/make-up or marks and must be in their original condition. Any items which have been damaged by the customer will be refused. 

Please contact us if you wish to return your items. Please include your full name, order number, email address and postcode. If you wish to exchange your set for an alternative size, please message us to arrange this. 

MISSING & FAULTY ITEMS:
Please let us know within 48 hours of receiving your item if this is damaged or faulty. You will need to provide a description of the garment fault and send in photo evidence of the damaged item.
A member of our customer service team will verify the fault and process a refund or a replacement item.

If your order has an item missing or has not arrived within the time frame, please contact our team with your order number.

Items that are missing as a result of the postal service will need to be followed up directly with the postal company.
